Refunds are only processed for claims that have been verified and approved by our team as per the conditions laid out in our Return Policy.
Refund Methods:
Once your claim is approved, the refund will be initiated, and the method will depend on your original mode of payment:
- Payment Gateway / Prepaid Orders: If you paid for your order using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If your order was Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. Our customer support team will contact you to securely obtain your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code). The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving these details.

- Refunds are only for the price of the affected product(s). Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
- Eatfesto is not responsible for any delays in refund processing by your bank.
