1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We ship to addresses across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be communicated on our website.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier II & III Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Locations (including Northeast India, Jammu & Kashmir, etc.): 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays are not common but can occur due to unforeseen circumstances with our courier partners, weather conditions, or during festive seasons.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS from us which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package on the courier partner’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Shipment and Delivery

• Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Eatfesto is not responsible for delivery delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Receiving Your Order: We advise you to inspect your order upon receipt. As stated on our packaging, please “AVOID USING THE PRODUCT IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED OR UNSEALED”. If you notice the package is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly advise you not to accept it from the courier. If you accept the package, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence as per our Return Policy.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes within India.
• An additional handling fee may be applicable on COD orders, which will be communicated at the time of checkout.
• Only cash payments will be accepted for COD orders at the time of delivery.
