Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we have a strict no-return policy for reasons other than product or delivery issues. Products purchased from Eatfesto are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the order is delivered.
We will only consider a replacement or refund in the following specific cases:
- Packaging Issue: The product packaging is damaged, tampered with, or unsealed upon delivery.
- Shipping Damage: The product itself was damaged during the shipping process.
- Delivery Issue: You received an incorrect product or a product different from what you ordered.
Process to Report an Issue:
